Demo-Teaching Part 2

Tomorrow I'll be doing a Team-Teaching Demo Workshop the second time around this year.

This time the participants will come to my school (EWHA GIRLS' HIGH) to see my actual class.

Our English Lab will be packed for 50 guests will come to observe, plus my class of 40 girls. Not to mention the entire English Department faculty who will come to assist the guests.

I think this demo-workshop is a great career booster. It builds me a solid reputation as a competent teacher, allowing me to advance professionally without cultural prejudice.

Not to mention the fact that it's a fun way of sharpening one's skills. (At least in my opinion).

January

1) My 10-year plan

Just before the close of 2005 my hubby calmly presented me with the gift that would allow me to retire at 45. Encouraged by my hubby's generosity, I decided to take Robert Kiyosaki's advice seriously and took the inital step to my financial independence.

2) 교육부: Demo-Teaching/Workshop

The d-day is fast approaching and I am beginning to feel the emotional pressure of the task. I do know what to do but of course I've got no clue how it's gonna turn out.  Hope for the best? No, that's an ill advice... "Prepare for the worst." That would certainly keep me focused...
